Umowa o pracę - Support with Czech/ Slovak


  • Answering questions from suppliers, clients, stores and solve internal queries in agreed time and according to working instructions
  • Translating internal communication and outgoing correspondence, contacting third parties in foreign languages
  • Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks
  • Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;
  • Updating the working procedures periodically



  • Czech/Slovak min. B2
  • Communicative English
  • Similar working experience (advantage)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to effectively manage multiple activities
  • Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel)
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem Solving
