Umowa o pracę - Support Consultant
  • Supporting Clients Customers within SLAs
  • Fulfilling ticket assignment, scope, and SLA
  • Daily communication with customers, Customer Support team members, and closest manager
  • Documentation of deliveries in Clients Support System, Jira, Connect and PX


  • at least 2 years of experience on similar position
  • very good communicational skills
  • excellent knowledge of English
  • ability to work in US hours: 17:00-01:00
