Umowa o pracę - SME Financing Document Reviewer

At iwoca, we really love our customers, we want them to have the best possible experience. We understand that financial matters can be confusing and frustrating for small businesses. Our Document Review team will help our customers through this, ensuring that we process customer applications accurately, making sure that applications are complete and include all the necessary information. In addition, by working quickly and focusing closely on quality, we make sure that this exceptional experience is also delivered in the shortest possible time.

The Document Review team delivers important tasks at iwoca:

  • Speedy and accurate processing of customer documents for loan applications with use of our state-of-the-art CRM and analytical systems
  • Pre-screening potential customers including verifying documents, applicants’ credit history and financial information
  • Support for prospective clients until they complete their applications
  • Identifying red flags in customer applications indicating potential fraud attempts, money-laundering or financial issues
  • Making sure all necessary data is in place to make a lending decision
  • Help to improve processes for doc review and assistance with implementation in the value chain of team Poland in Warsaw

Working closely with our Onboarding, Sales, Broker, Credit Analyst and Account Management teams, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality and completeness of business documents submitted by our clients.


  • A good understanding of financial documents commonly used in Poland
