Build strong relationship with Clients, by daily phone contact, with prospect customers regarding financial services offered by TMS Brokers.
Respond to all Client phones, chats and emails.
Ensure an outstanding overall Customers experience.
Resolving Clients' issues in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, managing time and productivity to meet individual targets.
- Native Spanish (contact with Spanish and LATAM customers).
- Fluent English.
- Experience in customer sales/ service.
- Experience in investments or trading platform would be an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
