Umowa o pracę - PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR
  • Managing preparation of documents for meetings, organizing incoming and outgoing mail, translating necessary documentation, working with attendance processing system ANET
  • Managing summary tables for all ongoing projects (land disposal, rent reduction)
  • Managing documentation/communication/local organisation regarding PAG/IPM approval process
  • Providing interpretation to/from English
  • Providing smooth operation of the office, organizational and administrative support for supervisor / team that leads to effective working processes
  • Using best practice in all travel booking arrangements, ensuring (best) cost and quality
  • Monitoring department holiday and absence records
  • Organizing meetings, providing adhoc support
  • Being the key point of contact for other departments and external partners

Wymagania

  • Fluent English
  • University education (Master’s degree)
  • Communication skills
  • MS Office
  • Ability to deal with confidential data
  • Key organization skills
  • Action oriented/proactive
  • Multitasking
