Umowa o pracę - Junior Customer Advisor

•   Dealing with a range of customers on a daily basis and handling anything from general enquiries to complaints

•   Dealing with a variety of customer requests and provide assistance to help individuals resolve any customer’s problems

•   Putting customers in touch with someone senior should they need it

•   Analysis of gathered information

•   Performance of other tasks related to Customer Service

•   Participation in processes improvement

•   Help promote Client’s company


•   Customer Service experience (1+ years) in banking industry

•   University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar

•   Very good English both in speaking and writing

•   Great communication skills

•   Problem solver

•   Good telephone manner, including clear speech, the ability to understand people with speech impediments and unusual accents, and excellent manners.

•   Analytical skills and high level of accuracy and attention to details

•   Excellent in interacting with other people on a regular basis

•   Open minded attitude

•   Being able to handle complaints and difficult situations

•   Ability to remain calm under pressure

•   Patience

•   Friendly and tactful personality

•   Team player

•   Ability to process large volumes of tasks under time constraints

•   Ability to adapt to rapid changes and deal with certain level of unknowns


•   Working in stable international and collaborative banking environment
