The Role

You will be among the first employees of the Talent Analyst Team to build the business of CodersFirst in Europe and take the position of Leader of Talent Analyst Team in 1 year.


  • Connect and work with famous CEOs, CTOs, inspirational software engineers, product managers and legends of tech sector and business like Wojtek Kulik, Pascal Stichler, Miguel Mascarenhas and develop and nurture relationships with your candidates through excellent service and quality insights.

  • Identify, qualify and select the best software engineers’ profiles and match them with our customers.

  • Schedule all candidate phone and interviews, as well as, make sure that candidates have a great experience and successful interview day.

  • Follow up with candidates along their interview process and benefits benefits package negotiation.

  • Participate and organize events in our community (tech meetups/conferences).

  • Provide support to your recruiting team, which may include but is not limited to, assisting with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process etc.

  • Creating your own online personal branding.

  • Be an evangelist for our brand at tech meetups and educate people about CodersFirst.


  • Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting typically preferred

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and in Polish

  • Experience successfully implementing programs and driving process improvements (not limited to professional experience)

  • Client-service orientated, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, be flexible to change, and adapt to shifting priorities

  • High attention to detail and strong motivation to learn

  • Team player with a high sense of urgency

  • Ability to work with Google Docs typically preferred

  • Genuine interest in technology and the digital landscape (you will work long hours with programmers and top tech companies which means you need to like it)

  • Capacity to learn and speak intelligently about our business and the tech and HR industry

  • Willing to dedicate and work overtime if needed
