For our client, the leader in the FMCG industry we are looking for: IT Purchasing Support.

Umowa o pracę - IT Purchasing Support

Day to Day activities will include:

  • Creation of  Purchase Requisitions in SAP based upon input received from Budget Managers via a SharePoint tool.
  • Follow up with their approval.
  • Creation of Goods Receipt in SAP.
  • Liaise with the Accounts Payables for any invoicing issues.
  • Follow up on Audit questions related to his/her tasks.
  • Liaise with New vendors on administrative details.
  • Uploading new Contracts to be signed into the internal tool, and following up on their approval, plus signature.


  • Excellent English communications skills are a must as the majority of the communications happen in Writing
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Working knowledge of Outlook
  • Open to learning new tools (SAP, SharePoint and other internal Coca-Cola tools)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Sense of accuracy and attention to details
  • Desire to be precise



Education:  Former Administrative professional (preferred) or Young professional with Administrative or Financial/Accounting background


  • Work from Monday to Friday in the office hours
  • Possibility of remote work after 2 months
  • Permanent job
