Umowa o pracę - HR Administrator with German and English

Based in our unique EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Warsaw, the role is to provide high quality, remote administrative support to the HR Team in allocated offices.

Key responsibilities:

  • HRIS Administration (Workday) – data entry and audits
  • Background check administration
  • Human Capital Analytics (reports, dashboards)
  • Coordinating with benefits providers
  • Training and recruiting support


  • Person with 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration

  • Strong command of the English and German language
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Previous user of HRIS systems (such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP or similar)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and fast learner
  • Someone with a “can do” mentality who is a team player
  • Good time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
