Umowa o pracę - General Ledger Accountant
  • Daily accounts reconciliation

  • Preparing and processing journal entries

  • Fixed Assets and accruals accounting

  • Performing period-end activities including ledger maintenance

  • Responding to queries from affiliates and preparing ad-hoc reports

  • Performing general ledger balances review, follow-up on open items

  • Resolving GL issues

  • Identifying potential process improvements opportunities

  • Supporting other team members in day to day processes

  • Proactively supporting process excellence team with implementation of process improvements

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant accounting requirements, SLA and internal controls

  • Providing external and internal audit support


  • Min. 3 years of experience in an international environment (preferably BPO/SSC sector)
  • Bachelor / or Master degree in Accounting, Economics, and Finance
  • Very good language skills in English
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel), Oracle or SAP knowledge will be an asset
  • Experience in finance department (General Ledger preferably)
  • Very good organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, proactive attitude, willingness to learn,
  • Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with colleagues
