Umowa zlecenie - Customer Service Coordinator

Your future challenges

  • Be first contact for all incoming calls (customers, forwarding agents, Service Center etc.);
  • Support Customer Service Coordinators in account management;
  •  Identify the causes of problems and preventing their re-occurence;
  • Cooperate with other CHEP-departments to ensure professional, rapid and competent solutions to customers' enquiries
  • Collate and format monthly reports, including data and graphs;
  • Coordinate flow and processing of new accounts, including monitoring progress;
  • Be responsible for analysis, structuring and preparation of all incoming customer enquiries for further development of proactive  customer services;
  • Participate in current department projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager.



What do we look for?

  • Student of III, IV or V year
  • Ability to work min. 4 days a week (min. 30 hours with flexible working hours but within  working hours)
  • Good analytical skills and good command of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
  • Strong reasoning and interpersonal skills 
  • Very good organization of work
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Fluent Polish required with advanced English
