•Deliver target performance and support the delivery of sustainable continuous improvement in service, inventory and cost KPI’s through the buyingprocess.
•Close cooperation with Branches, Deployment Agents, Warehouse and Quality teams in order to minimize customer disappointments by using the critical lists and expedite shipments.
•Issuing purchase orders to suppliers and ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in full. Resolve any issues with outgoing and incoming deliveries.
•Plan & project stock outs and minimize inventory and service risks.
•Run and maintain daily & weekly reports – freeze orders, stock outs, scheduled receipts, past due.
•Resolve issues related to rejected stock by leasing with Finance, QC, vendors and affected markets.
•Support Supply Chain Leadersin ad-hoc reporting requests.
•Contributing to and managing the agreed planning strategy.
TODAY YOU HAVE:
•Willingness to learn and develop within our organization,
•Advanced MS Excel expertise (reports with nested functions, macros, pivot tables etc.),
•Fluent English written and oral is a must, minimum B2 level,
•Ability to self manage and work with a minimal direction,
•Bachelors Degree or during studies (Logistics, Planning field would be an asset),
•Experience in a Supply Planning or Purchasing function within an FMCG company will be a plus,
•Team spirit, problem-solving and analytical skills are more than welcome,
