Due to the fast development of our company, we are looking for a talented, independent Administrative Assistant for a full time position in a dynamic team with multifaceted tasks to be part of the Miinto journey and high growth.

This position is based in Warsaw, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. You will become part of a finance team and be responsible for maintaining data in our admin systems.

Umowa o pracę - Administrative Assistant

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordination of our admin system, which is both a finance and a sales system
  • Preparation of various reports
  • Participation in finance day-to-day activities (i.e. invoicing process)
  • Providing administrative support including assistance in data filing, records, organizing files
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

Wymagania

WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS BELOW:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Administrative/finance background is welcome
  • Motivated and responsible
  • Positive attitude
